In order to prescribe medication, a prescribing provider has to be licensed in the state where the patient is located. Currently, we have prescribing providers who are licensed to serve residents of Florida, California, New York, Texas, Washington, Colorado, Illinois, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania.
In mental health there’s no One-size-fits-all. That’s why each of our three (3) subscription options are tailored to specific needs and goals of our patients:

Medication management plan - monthly video consultation with a medical prescriber, to track your progress, to adjust your medical treatment for better results and assure prescription renewals, 24/7 chat access.

Therapy plan - One-on-One bi-weekly video consultations with a licensed therapist to track your progress, to adjust your mental health treatment for better results, bi-weekly video meetings with a licensed counselor for cognitive behavioral therapy sessions, 24/7 chat access with an option to address your questions directly to the therapist.

Therapy + Medication management plan - One-on-One bi-weekly video consultations with a licensed therapist to track your progress and to adjust your mental health treatment for better results + prescription renewal and management. Bi-weekly video meetings with a licensed counselor for cognitive behavioral therapy sessions, 24/7 chat access with an option to address your questions directly to your therapist or counselor.
We provide an ongoing online care and medication management for a wide range of mental health conditions, such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD and more. It doesn’t matter which condition you need to be taking care of – you can do it under any of our plans.
We offer our patients three (3) monthly subscription plans to choose from. Each plan is tailored to the specific needs of the patient and varies by one's goals and the state of mental health condition.

Medication management plan is good for you if you need your prescription renewed on a monthly basis. This is so far the most popular plan with our Patients as they have their prescription renewals covered and the doctor tracks their progress on a weekly video-consultations.

Therapy plan is good for you if are looking for an ongoing mental health therapy that includes cognitive behavioral therapy sessions and evidence-based behavioral assessments.

Therapy + Medication management plan will fit you the best if you’re looking for a long-term therapy and need your medications renewals monthly. A lot of our Patients are choosing this plan as they get the whole spectrum of efficient and helpful approaches and mental health techniques, including medication management.
If you’re on the Medication management plan, your membership will cost only $49 for the first month. Prescriptions will be billed separately and are eligible for insurance coverage. The subscription includes ongoing video or phone appointments with your prescriber, and unlimited messaging with our CareTeam. If your prescriber determines that it is necessary to meet with you on a more frequent basis for treatment monitoring, there may be an additional charge for the visit.

If you’re on the Therapy + Medication management plan, your membership will cost $219 for the first month. Similarly, your prescriptions will be billed separately and are eligible for insurance coverage. This subscription includes everything in the “Medication management” plan, plus bi-weekly sessions with a licensed therapist instead of monthly visits with medical prescriber. If your therapist determines that it is necessary to meet with you on a more frequent basis for treatment monitoring, there may be an additional charge for the visit.

MEDvidi’s Therapy plan costs $199 for the first month. This subscription includes bi-weekly sessions with a licensed therapist and unlimited messaging with our CareTeam and an option to address your questions directly to the therapist.
Yes, it can. Our SmartCare symptom checker is an evidence-based and science-backed screening designed to assess your current emotional and mental state through clinically tested questions. Its main goal is to understand the severity level of your symptoms and suggest the right course of treatment for you to begin with. To start SmartCare screening please follow this link https://start.medvidi.com/signup.php – it usually takes up to 2 minutes to complete.
The cost of MEDvidi subscription currently is not covered by insurance and is offered at a much lower price, as opposed to the one you would pay for an in-person visit. However, the costs of the prescribed medications through MEDvidi may be covered by your insurance depending on its terms and conditions, just like any other prescription.
Please email support@medvidi.com with your request for cancellation by 9am PT one business day before your scheduled billing date to cancel your account. Our CareTeam will send a cancellation form for you to initiate the request. We respond to all cancellation requests within a few hours, but please note that your account will remain active until your cancellation is confirmed by one of our coordinators. Once your cancellation has processed, you will continue to have access to your records through MEDvidi, but your treatment and medication plan will be suspended. Our subscription model is a monthly recurring charge and the billing period begins from the time of registration.
All MEDvidi medical providers are licensed therapists with training in evidence-based therapeutic practices. They also all hold a graduate degree from an accredited institution. They may hold a PsyD, a PHD, or be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Therapist, or hold one of several other less-used therapy licenses.
MEDvidi offers our patients a variety of medication options, including Schedule 2-5 drugs prescription to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc. We often start with non-controlled treatment options. If this is not sufficient for the individual, then our prescribers will consider the addition of other medications. MEDvidi also provides medication treatment for ADHD.
